1. Should you accept a quote, please advise us so in writing, either by replying to the official quote e-mail with all necessary invoicing details or by sending through an official purchase order, including pricing.
2. Once we receive your acceptance / PO and billing information, you will be sent an order confirmation email.
3. Please make deposit/payment ASAP so that we can commence order process.
Please note: no artwork or manufacturing will be started without the deposit being received
Once stock has been collected / delivered from / by 24th Floor, we have no control over it. As such we do not accept responsibility for any damages or shortages not reported within 24 hours.
Whilst every effort has been made to fulfill all orders correctly, should you take our goods to an external branding company, we ask that you check all items received BEFORE they get branded. 24th Floor cannot accept returns on incorrect items which have already been branded regardless of whether it’s 24th Floor’s fault or not.
It may take up to a week to carefully check the stock that is returned and once we are satisfied that stock is fit for resale we will issue the refund or credit note
In the case of stock being sent by courier to regions outside of JHB (i.e. Durban, CT etc), clients have 72 hours from time of collection by courier, to report missing or damaged items. No claims will be entertained thereafter.
Once an order on memory sticks has been collected from us, we unfortunately cannot accept a return on it
Delivery times quoted are estimates and are not binding on 24th Floor Sales until the job is in production.
Delivery Prices will be quoted on an individual job basis.
Damaged or missing products need to be advised in writing to your Creative Brands account sales representative within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Goods delivered in damaged packaging or the external box shows proof of being tampered with, needs to be indicated on the delivery slip when signing for the delivery of the goods. This must be forwarded to 24th Floor Sales within 48 hours and if possible, a picture to be forwarded of the damaged packaging.
If items have to be re-delivered because they were refused, undeliverable or unclaimed due to incorrect address details provided by the client, the client will be billed and held liable for any additional delivery costs.
It is ultimately the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine that the goods purchased are suitable for the purposes of intended use.
No items will be returned or exchanged unless prior written authorization has been obtained from 24th Floor Management within 48 hours of delivery / collection.
We will not accept branded goods for exchange.
Samples: No refunds/exchanges after 7 days of purchase.
Orders: All non-faulty returns/exchanges will be subject to a handling fee of 25% the total amount of the invoice.
Under no circumstances may goods be returned to any of our physical addresses without prior written arrangement or invoice
Written order (faxed or by email) constitute a binding contract and are legally enforceable.
Once an order has been emailed or faxed, cancellations for that order will only be entertained if no branding has taken place and will be subject to a 15% handling and admin fee and R350-00 per layout if a layout was created; No cancellations of order will be accepted on any branded items.
Any order is subject to cancellation by 24th Floor due to Acts beyond their control including but not limited to: inability to secure materials, supplies or power, riots strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, civil disturbance, war, acts of God, fire.
Orders that have been branded and remain uncollected for 30 days will be given to charity.
